Diversity/Student and Family Engagement
The Office of Diversity/Student and Family Engagement supports and addresses the growing populations of diverse students. As we develop and embrace new and innovative approaches to integrate family engagement programs into our education system, we work collaboratively with schools and community partnerships. Another part of our work, we act as internal consultants to the district’s administration in collaborating and assisting with the awareness of racial and equity issues. Our goal is to continue to provide professional development in the area of equity, social, cultural and economic factors for all students and provide support and resources to parents and families.
