NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 2023-24 BUDGET AND ANNUAL MEETINGOF DISTRICT ELECTORS
TO: Electors of the Kenosha Unified School District
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the annual meeting of Kenosha Unified SchoolDistrict for the transaction of school business and the approval of the tax levy for the2023-24 school year will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. It will be held in theAuditorium at Indian Trail High School and Academy, 6800 – 60th Street, Kenosha,Wisconsin. The annual meeting will begin immediately following a meeting of the SchoolBoard to be held on the same evening at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of the presentationand public hearing on the District’s proposed budget for 2023-24.
The agenda for the annual meeting will be to elect a chairperson, adopt rules oforder and the agenda, establish salaries and reimbursement of expenses for SchoolBoard members, approve the 2023-2024 tax levy, and establish the date for the 2024annual meeting.
