Policy 8880 – Audio and Video Recording of Board Meetings
The District shall audio and video record all Regular School Board and Board committee meetings, excluding executive sessions unless otherwise instructed. Audio and/or video recording of Special Board meetings will be made at the discretion of the Board President. The audio and video recordings shall be maintained in accordance with provisions of the Public Records Law and shall be accessible to the public in accordance with state law requirements and District procedures.
