Somers Elementary School fifth-graders are working on their Legacy Project by painting a square on a picnic table designed from one of the seven Leader in Me habits. This project allows students to get creative and leave their mark while leading fellow and future students in the seven healthy habits. Somers is a Leader in Me school, which is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that helps build leadership and life skills in students.
