Fourth grade students at Curtis Strange Elementary studied electricity by creating their own circuits.
In 1999, KUSD and the Kenosha County Detention Center partnered to create the Phoenix Project, a program designed to provide educational services to school-age residents of the facility.
KUSD will begin piloting Kajeet at Bradford, Indian Trail, Tremper, Bullen, Lance, Lincoln, Mahone and Washington. Kajeet is a mobile hotspot that offers internet usage to students at home.
