On Jan. 18, Lincoln Middle School hosted Second Step Family Night. Attendees learned about the Second Step social-emotional curriculum, which teaches skills such as growth mindset, goal setting, emotion regulation, decision making, and managing social relationships. Families learned how to support these topics at home, and worked together to make a fidget toy.
