KENOSHA, Wis. (March 4, 2024) – Kenosha Unified School District’s 61st annual Orchestra Festival will be presented on Saturday, March 9, at 6:30 p.m. at Indian Trail High School and Academy, 6800 60th St. This event will showcase nearly 1,400 elementary, middle, high and charter school orchestra students.
Tickets are available via the Buy Tickets link at kusd.edu/tickets. Tickets for field house seating are $5 for students, $10 for staff and seniors, and $12 for adults. Tickets will not be available at the door and field house seating may sell out in advance. The event will also be streamed live on the district’s YouTube channel. Guests may watch the live stream for free without a ticket in the Indian Trail auditorium.
This year’s guest conductor is Michelle Kaebisch, Wisconsin Youth Symphony conductor and orchestra teacher at Oregon High School. Kaebisch will visit KUSD secondary schools to rehearse with the orchestra ensembles on Thursday, March 7, and Friday, March 8.
