Policy 5436.2 – Missiles
The throwing of missiles on school premises or while involved in school-sponsored activities is expressly forbidden. A missile is defined as any object that can cause bodily injury or property damage when thrown.
Students violating this policy may be referred for prosecution under applicable laws and/or subject to school disciplinary action.

Rule 5436.2 – Missiles
Students violating the Board’s policy regarding missiles will be subject to disciplinary action which could include possible suspension and/or recommendation for expulsion. In the case of bodily injury or property damage due to the throwing of such missiles, law enforcement officials may be notified, the student’s parent/guardian will be notified and recommendation for expulsion review considered. Any monetary reimbursement shall be left to the discretion of the offended.
