Whittier Elementary School families participated in a Family Paint Night on Monday to create works of art together while incorporating learning components such as hand-eye coordination, creative exploration, self-expression, stress relief, and confidence-building. The event was led by Whittier art teacher MaryBeth Braun and sponsored by the KUSD Office of Community School Relations.
