Students at Curtis Strange Elementary have been studying and building model rockets using science terms from force and motion while exploring Newton’s Laws! This 5th grade project happens at the beginning of the school year to get students excited about school and learning how to work together on project-based assignments. It ties into their Patterns of the Earth and Sky science unit.
