School Leadership

The Office of School Leadership is dedicated to supporting all schools and students within the Kenosha Unified School District. Our primary mission is to drive the school improvement process by fostering the professional development of principals as effective instructional leaders, ensuring the rigorous implementation of school safety protocols (e.g. Raptor, metal detection, threat assessments, SUSO, etc), and actively addressing community concerns. Additionally, our office oversees the administration of the district’s federally funded Title programs, which provide critical support to further enhance institutional growth and student success.
