You must be attending or accepted to attend an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree (associate, collegiate, or graduate). Have and/or maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA; evidence of satisfactory GPA is required. Have demonstrated leadership, citizenship, and/or volunteerism through participation in school, church, and/or community activities. Apply 04/14/26
Coach Peterson Memorial Scholarship 05/26/26 Must be a graduating senior. Must have been coached by Coach Peterson during their time at Mahone. Must plan to pursue post-secondary education, training, military service, or workforce certification. Apply 03/09/26
Roosevelt Elementary PTO Scholarship $250 05/29/26 Attended Roosevelt Elementary for at least three consecutive years. Graduating from a Kenosha public high school. Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Planning to attend a two- or four-year post-secondary school. Apply 04/27/26
Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America – Filippo Mazzei Lodge #2763 Scholarship $2,000 or $1,000 05/31/26 Applicant must be of Italian descent as determined by OSDIA’s trustees and selection committee. Apply 03/06/26
Little Leaguers of Kenosha, Inc. $1,000 06/01/26 Applicants must have played in the Little Leaguers of Kenosha program for at least three years and must be a graduating senior. Applicants must submit an essay (no more than 500 words) on “How Little League Baseball Made Me Grow.” Apply 04/23/26
Rotary Club of Kenosha – George W. Taylor Scholarship $3,000 and $2,000 06/12/26 High school seniors. The scholarships will be granted based on the completion of an essay focusing on a current economic topic. The top two essay writers will be awarded scholarships. Apply 02/06/26
Horatio Alger Career & Technical Scholarship up to $2,500 06/15/26 Have completed high school (or equivalency) by July 1. Plan to attend a not-for-profit community college or trade/vocational school. Enroll in an associate’s degree, certificate, or diploma program by September that will lead to employment. May not be enrolled in pre-requisite courses. Demonstrate financial need (applicants must show household income of $100,000 or less). Apply 03/17/26
City of Hope Cancer Center Scholarship $1,000 06/17/26 Open to all graduating high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence, a commitment to healthcare, and a passion for improving the well-being of others. The goal of this scholarship is to encourage and support students who are pursuing careers in healthcare, thereby contributing to the future of the medical field and improving patient care in our community. Grieve Divergent Family Law Annual College Scholarship $500 06/30/26 Be a high school senior or active college student. Have a minimum GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Submit a typed essay of around 500 words on family dynamics: Discuss the role of family dynamics in shaping your personal growth and development. Grieve Law LLC Annual College Scholarship $500 06/30/26 Be a high school senior or active college student. Have a minimum GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Submit a typed essay of around 500 words on an ethical dilemma: Describe a situation where you encountered an ethical dilemma. Discuss the conflicting values or principles at play and how you navigated the decision-making process. Reflect on the implications of your choice and what it reveals about your moral reasoning. Be planning to enter the medical field or pursue a career related to mental health. Be a US citizen, national, or permanent resident. Be a high school senior or active college student. American Legion Softball Scholarship $1,000 07/10/26 Any team manager or head coach of an American Legion (post-affiliated) team may nominate a graduating senior who plays on a Wisconsin American Legion team. Apply 10/02/25
American Legion Baseball Scholarship $1,000 07/15/26 Any graduating senior who plays on a Wisconsin American Legion team (post-affiliated) team may be nominated for The American Legion Baseball Scholarship. Apply 10/02/25
University of the Philippines Alumni Association – Wisconsin $500-$1,000 07/15/26 Open to all Wisconsin senior high school students of Filipino parentage who have been admitted to a 4 year college program or 2 year trade school program. Apply 04/27/26
P.E.O. STAR Scholarship, Kenosha Chapter BO $2,500 09/15/26 Senior girl (Class of 2027). Minimum cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States or Canada. Apply 05/06/26
AES Engineers $500 10/08/26 This award is available to high school seniors and all students attending a post secondary educational facility. You are not required to be taking Engineering courses to be eligible. Students must submit an essay of between 500 and 1000 words. Apply 01/23/26
