Policy 7322 – Legal Services

Professional services shall be used as necessary to meet legal requirements involved in the planning, financing and constructing of major facility construction, additions or remodeling. Legal counsel or consultants authorized by the School Board may be used, within available budgetary constraints, to advise the District during the project.
