Professional Learning

The Office of Professional Learning is dedicated to fostering the continuous growth and development of all educators within the district, including administrators, teachers, and support staff. Through a comprehensive approach that includes in-person, blended, and asynchronous workshops and courses, the office provides high-quality, relevant professional learning opportunities designed to enhance instructional practices, leadership skills, and overall effectiveness.

In addition, the office oversees the district’s New Educator Induction Program, which includes the New Educator Orientation, ongoing support sessions, and a structured Mentoring Program. This program is designed to support educators in their first three years, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary for success and retention in the profession.
