Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is a full-body workout that combines rhythmic movement with drumming on an exercise ball using drumsticks. This high-energy class works both your body and your brain while you move to upbeat music in a supportive, fun group environment.
Perfect for all fitness levels – no drumming experience needed!

Find Your Balance, Strength & Inner Peace
Reconnect with yourself and experience the power of yoga in a welcoming group setting. This class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and helping you relax while finding balance in both body and mind.
Group Yoga – All Levels Welcome
Whether you’re new to yoga or have experience, this class offers a supportive environment to move, breathe, and unwind.
What to Bring:

Register for Yoga2026 Youth Summer Activities
Kenosha Unified offers free summer activities to ALL children who reside in the City of Kenosha, Village of Pleasant Prairie and Town/Village of Somers. Registration opens each spring to all families with children ages 6-18 (must be six on or before Aug. 31, 2026). All participants must reside within the boundaries of the Kenosha Unified School District, but children do not need to attend KUSD to participate.
