Strong Minds, Happy Hearts: Destigmatizing Mental Health (May 20)

Strong Minds, Happy Hearts: Destigmatizing Mental Health (May 20)

Join us for a meaningful and supportive family education event focused on understanding mental wellness in children. Together, we’ll explore:

  • What mental wellness looks like in children
  • Common signs and symptoms to be aware of
  • Practical, everyday techniques to support your child’s emotional well-being

This is a welcoming space for families to learn, ask questions, and build confidence in supporting healthy minds and happy hearts. Free childcare will be provided, and a family meal will be served—so you can relax and fully engage in the experience. You do not need to be affiliated with KUSD to participate in family education programs – we welcome all members of our community!
