Each semester, Frank Elementary School students complete a semester-long expedition that includes an in-depth study on a particular topic. They do research, go out into the community to do field work and consult experts in the field, and complete a final project that is authentic, complex, and demonstrates the use of craftsmanship. Students presented their learning at Frank’s Celebration of Learning on Friday where they were the experts and taught others who came to hear what they have learned.
