Curtis Strange Elementary School students in Ms. Laura and Ms. Nickie’s class have been exploring all things restaurants, and their latest read, “Chop, Simmer, Season” by Alexa Brandenberg, brought their learning to life. 🍎👩🍳
Inspired by the book, students got hands-on with kid-friendly kitchen tools to try chopping, peeling, mashing, mixing, sifting and more! They discovered how different tools work and picked their favorites as they rotated through stations.
