Bradford Sophomores and Juniors! Tuesday, October 20th, Bradford will be administering the PSAT-NMSQT. The PSAT/MNSQT is a preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. It is a good way to practice for the SAT and with your score you will obtain a report that shows your progress, helps you set a target, and get recommendations about future course planning and careers. Any sophomore or junior interested in taking the PSAT test should complete This Google Doc https://url.usb.m.mimecastprotect.com/.../5vTlCB1M6nIRrDx... Payment of $14.00 is due to reserve your spot and must be paid by Friday, Oct. 16th. Parent/Guardian should log into Infinite Campus and then go to "fees" on the left hand side. Once in "fees" then select " School Store" on the left hand side. The PSAT Fee will be listed there for you to pay online. Cash or checks made payable to Bradford High School will also be accepted in room 151 if you prefer. Juniors who take the test may be eligible for National Merit Scholarship Corporation Programs. On Thursday, October 22nd, Bradford students in grades 10–12 will have the exciting opportunity to attend the Fire & EMS Expo at Gateway Technical College’s HERO Center on the Burlington Campus. Students will have the chance to meet representatives and instructors from Gateway, connect with local businesses and community organizations, and learn more about the educational and career opportunities available in Fire & EMS at Gateway and throughout our community. Permission slips are available in Room 246. This opportunity is open to Bradford students in grades 10–12 who have good academic standing and attendance and have not attended this trip in the past. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so interested students are encouraged to pick up a permission slip soon!
