To wrap up the year, our Fundamentals of Art students dove into an exciting portrait project exploring proportion and scale—with a twist!
Working in pairs, students took on the role of forensic artists. One day, they described facial features verbally while their partners drew. The next day, they switched to using only a written description of the same person.
This hands-on, investigative approach helped sharpen both observational and drawing skills, all while having a great time during the final week of school. ️
