The new athletic webpage is now available and parents can start the registration process for Athletics for the Fall season. This link is also available under the tab on the top of the webpage under Activities and Athletics for easy navigation.
Medical Eligibility Forms: GET YOUR PHYSICALS DONE NOW!
Students registering for Athletics must have a current WIAA Medical Eligibility Form on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, Medical Eligibility Forms/Alternate Year Cards must be completed and submitted prior to the first day of practice/tryouts. Completed Medical Eligibility Forms or Alternate Year Cards can be dropped off at the Main Entrance, uploaded into the online registration form, or scanned/emailed to tremperathletics@kusd.edu
• Exam Dates of March 31, 2024 or earlier = Student needs an updated exam with WIAA Medical Eligibility Form
• Exam Dates between April 1, 2024 and March 31, 2025 = Student needs an Alternate Year Card
• Exam Dates after April 1, 2025 = No Alternate Year Card needed These forms are linked below.
The Athletic Office will reopen on Monday, July 7, and will have limited hours until the school year starts.
