Tremper couldn’t be more proud of the Tremper High School Band program. From local excellence to international stages, these students are proving exactly what Trojan excellence looks like.
Large Group Contest: A clean sweep with Division 1 Ratings!
WorldStrides Montreal: The Wind Ensemble took home 1st Place!
Special Honors: They received the Adjudicator Choice Award, earning a prestigious invitation to perform at Symphony Hall in Chicago next year!
A massive “Bravo” to Kilie Kruse, who won the Outstanding Instrumental Soloist Award. Because of her incredible talent, she has been invited to perform at the legendary Carnegie Hall!

While the trophies are wonderful, what moved me most wasn’t just the sound—it was the spirit. Throughout our travels, these young people impressed everyone with their:
Kindness & Respect
Unwavering Discipline
Genuine Caring Attitudes
It was a true honor to travel with this group. This trip is officially a hallmark moment for the Tremper Band program under the direction of Kathy Ripley.
Congratulations to our musicians for hitting all the right notes—both on and off the stage!
