🎉 Our high school students are diving into rich and engaging opportunities, making learning come alive across all subjects!
Take a look at what’s been happening this past week!
Mrs. Henkes’ students embarked on an interactive scavenger hunt around the school! They were not only exploring their using Spanish surroundings but also sharpening their past tense skills and observing places that will inspire their upcoming in-class writing projects. What a fantastic way to combine discovery with World Language!
Mrs. Bradley Anatomy students got hands-on, constructing detailed models of skeletal muscles. This immersive activity helped them deeply understand the intricate structure and layering, providing a strong foundation for grasping the physiology of muscle movement. Talk about building knowledge from the ground up!
Mrs. Taylor AP Biology students constructed models of DNA and had to explain replication to further their understanding the various process that go in this complex process.
Meanwhile, our Welding students are gearing up for future projects with cutting-edge virtual welding training! This innovative approach allows them to hone their skills in a safe and controlled environment, preparing them for real-world applications. The future of automotive technology is in good hands!
We’re so proud of our students and teachers for engaging in such dynamic learning!
