Transcript Request

A transcript is a permanent record of the classes a student has taken and the semester grade earned. It also includes GPA and rank. Transcripts can be Official and Unofficial.

Official Transcripts are often required when applying to a college.

Unofficial Transcripts are often acceptable when applying for scholarships; refer to guidelines for each specific scholarship to determine if an official or unofficial transcript is required.

Former Bradford Students and Graduates:

Please contact the School Registrar, Andrea Bellmore, at 262-359-7400 or email abellmor@kusd.edu with your transcript request. If you reach her voicemail/email please leave your name, year of graduation, date of birth and phone number.  You are also able to submit your request with the Transcript Request Form- Former Student.

Current Bradford Students:

Click HERE to request an Official Transcript for Current Bradford Students. If you would like to request an Unofficial Transcript please contact your counselor for a pdf copy or students can access transcript in Infinite Campus.

Complete the Transcript Request Form- Current Student if you are a current Bradford student needing an official copy of your transcript. ***Transcripts are updated at the end of each semester. Current students can pick up paper transcript  from room 152. 2026 Senior Final Transcript  (Only compete this form May of 2026 prior to graduating.
