Community Service Information

All KUSD students must volunteer at least 10 hours of community service before they graduate as part of their graduation requirements. Students must submit their hours to their assigned counselor in one of two ways:

1. Paper copy – complete and give to your assigned counselor
   • Community Service Hours Verification Form – English (PDF)
   • Community Service Hours Verification Form – Spanish (PDF)
2. OR complete the Online Community Service Verification and the counselor will automatically record the hours without a paper copy.

 

Students who complete 100 hours of community service will receive Service with Distinction on their diploma.
