Spots are LIMITED! Each grade level is limited to 25 players. Teams will close when they reach 25 players OR on Wednesday, September 23rd—whichever comes first! Cost: $15 (cash or check)
Return your completed permission slip and payment in the provided envelope with your name written on the envelope, to Mrs. Sinclair in Room 106.
