This plan is not just about addressing challenges—it’s about embracing opportunities to enhance our academic programs, strengthen community engagement, and foster a culture of excellence. Every member of our school community plays a vital role in this journey, and together, we will build on our strengths, learn from our experiences, and move forward with a shared commitment to progress. With a positive mindset, dedication to continuous improvement and intentional reflection on our practice we are determined and confident that we will create even greater opportunities for our students to thrive.

- Teacher observations of other teacher’s classroom instruction.
- Teacher leaders will present strategies and methods for different types of student engagement and/or assessment at designated monthly meetings and PD days
Strategy 2: If we provide coherent instruction, then we will engage students with meaningful, real-world content so that grade level intellectual engagement will increase. (RC PoP: meaningful work – Danielson 1e)
- Collaborative Teams will review instructional materials and approach of colleagues during CT time.
Strategy 3: If we establish expectations to support the common good, then we will effectively remove cell phone distractions from the learning environment so that grade level intellectual engagement will increase. (RC PoP: cell phone distractions – Danielson 2d)
