Current students needing to request transcripts to a College or University NEED to request them by using their Xello accounts. If you need help, click here for Xello Instructions or contact your counselor.
If you are a former student requesting official transcripts, please fill out the Transcript Request Google Form, Call 262-359-8303 or email Jennifer Debbink. My office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM. If you reach my voicemail, please leave your name, year of graduation, date of birth and phone number. Please also indicate if you are needing an official or unofficial copy (See Below) and what, who or where your transcripts are needed for. If you will be picking them up, please wait for confirmation from me that they are available and ready before doing so.
Please Note: There is a $5.00 processing fee for each transcript (Official or Unofficial-See Below) and transcripts will NOT be processed until that has been received. We can accept either cash (if arrange to pay in person) or we can process a credit card by clicking on the link here or at the end of entering in your Transcript Request.

Official (Colleges, Jobs, Scholarships, Proof of Education Verifications, Social Security, Driver’s License): Comes directly from the school either in Parchment (National Student Clearing House), Electronic (emailed from school) or Sealed Envelope W/ Official School Seal.
Unofficial (Reference for Self, Insurance, some scholarships will accept an uploaded copy):
This is a copy, a sealed envelope that was opened, transcript without the Seal or Principals signature or an electronic emailed transcript that is either sent or uploaded by the student.
