Students in Mr. Thomas’s U.S. History class recently hosted the annual Proggy Awards!
Modeled after the Emmys and Grammys, the Proggies honor the historical figures who made the most significant contributions to American society during the Progressive Era.
After conducting in-depth research, students collaborated in teams to debate, deliberate, and decide who deserved the top honor. Today, they presented their research and announced the winners to their classmates!

Huge shoutout to our young historians for their incredible research, critical thinking, and engaging presentations!
