Seniors who have attended Jeffery Elementary – Please see your Google Classroom for a scholarship opportunity!

 

It’s that time LakeView Students! Prom is just around the corner which means voting is even closer! Vote for your favorite Juniors for Prom Court on the google link provided in your grade level Google Classrooms.  Prom Court Voting begins Monday, March 16th through Wednesday the 18th. Winners will be announced either Friday or the following Monday.

 

This year’s Roaring 20s Prom will be Saturday, April 18th at the Roma Lodge in Racine and it’s time to buy your tickets! Tickets are $30 each, and will be on sale from 3/16 – 4/01. Tickets and permission slips can be found in the main office.  

 

Seniors, if you missed cap & gown and graduation announcement pick up in the cafeteria last week, please stop by the main office.  All left over orders will be there for pick up.  

 

Seniors – Have you completed your community service hours yet? A minimum of 10 community service hours is required for graduation! If you have completed your hours (or even a few of them), be sure to fill out the blue community service form located in the main office.  Completed forms can be returned to the main office or given to Mrs. Spangler.  

 

On Tuesday, March 24, 9th and 10th grade students will take the PreACT Secure Exam, and 10th graders will also complete the WI Forward (Social Studies) Exam. School starts at normal time (7:15AM) and ends at 12:40PM.  Shuttles will leave LakeView at 12:40PM. Students must bring a fully charged computer and charger!  Before test day, students must restart their computers to be sure the testing apps are up to date.  More information has been posted to your grade level Google Classroom. There is no school for juniors and seniors on March 24.  https://www.kusd.edu/district/departments/educational-accountability/assessments/preact-secure/    

 

CLUBS         

 

Come support SkillsUSA by purchasing some Spring Grams during all lunch periods.  Pre-sales are from March 16th to March 20th and will be handed out March 26th and 27th.  Celebrate the end of the 3rd quarter with an EGG-cellent sweet treat!
