LakeView Drone team had a great day competing this past Saturday! lakeview Team B, Carter Smith, Connor Heroux, and Aiden Raschke, won the Airmanship Award for their efforts. LakeView Team A, Ben Woods, Josh Raschke, Ryan Blythe, Callen Runckles, and Bradley McFarland, are now back to back mission champions- winning top prize for the second year in a row! Congrats!  

 

Mahone Fund scholarship application is now open. Please see google classroom for more information. Mahone fund is also offering a Scholarship workshop on Feb. 21st. Please see your google classroom for sign up information. 

 

Prom  Committee will be meeting this Wednesday in room 104 to discuss food and decorations. 

 

HBCU will be here today to give information on their upcoming Spring Break College Tour

 

AP Students – Do you want to take the College Board AP exam but didn’t register and pay?  Late registration is now open through February 27, 2026!  With the $40 late fee, each exam costs $139. Contact your AP teacher or Mr. Preuss with any questions.  Please note: Exams that were not paid for through Total Registration were not ordered

SPORTS

 

Girls’ Lacrosse will have a player/parent meeting today at ITA in Room 1704. Interested players will meet at 7:00 followed by parents at 7:30. Lacrosse is no cut and no experience is necessary. New players are needed and encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, reach out to Coach Becker at cabecker@kusd.edu 

 

Attention any athlete interested in competing for the Indian Trail track and field team this spring, there will be a parent/athlete preseason meeting, Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 630pm.  The meeting will be on Google Meet (via Google Classroom) and will include information on the upcoming track and field season, necessary paperwork, and pre-season conditioning opportunities. All families are welcome to attend, however it will be geared towards families who are new to the program.

GSA will be selling Valentine Grams during all lunches from February 9th to the 13th, they will be handed out during lunch the following Monday, February 16th.  Treat your sweetheart with some sweets! 

 

HOSA is holding a coffee and donuts presale for Valentine’s day from February 2nd to February 10th. Coffee and donuts will be passed out during lunch on the 12th. 

 

 

HOSA sent out a blood donation interest form for grades 10 through 12. The last day to fill out the form is February 22nd. Those who donate will receive free cookies! Save a life and savor a sweet treat!
