Congratulations to the Lakeview Boys Varsity Bowling Team for advancing to the State Tournament for the fifth consecutive year. Team members include Jon Boulanger, Mason Betchel, Ethan Buchanan, Evan Buchanan, Evan Feudner, and Jake Rakoczy.
- We would also like to recognize Jon Boulanger and Evan Feudner for qualifying to compete in State Singles. The State Tournament will take place in Wausau, Wisconsin, March 6-8. Way to go, Wolves!
Mahone Fund scholarship application is now open. Please see google classroom for more information. Mahone fund is also offering a Scholarship workshop on Feb. 21st. Please see your google classroom for sign up information.
AP Students – Do you want to take the College Board AP exam but didn’t register and pay? Late registration is now open through February 27, 2026! With the $40 late fee, each exam costs $139. Contact your AP teacher or Mr. Preuss with any questions. Please note: Exams that were not paid for through Total Registration were not ordered.

SPORTS
The Kenosha Shoremen Boys Lacrosse program will be holding its preseason meeting on Monday, February 17th at 7:00 PM at Central High School. This meeting is for all parents and playersand will cover important information about our WIAA boys lacrosse program, including the upcoming season outline, registration details, fundraising opportunities, and spiritwear/player gear. New players are welcome and encouraged to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn more about boys high school lacrosse and what it means to be part of the Shoremen program. CLUBS
The NHS Meeting will be Monday February 9.
GSA will be selling Valentine Grams during all lunches from February 9th to the 13th, they will be handed out during lunch the following Monday, February 16th. Treat your sweetheart with some sweets!
HOSA is holding a coffee and donuts presale for Valentine’s day from February 2nd to February 10th. Coffee and donuts will be passed out during lunch on the 12th.
HOSA sent out a blood donation interest form for grades 10 through 12. The last day to fill out the form is February 22nd. Those who donate will receive free cookies! Save a life and savor a sweet treat!

The First Responder’s Club will meet today (February 5) after school. The Kenosha police drone officer will be here to demonstrate their inside and outside drone (for sure this time)! Non-club members are welcome, too, if you are interested in drones!
