Hello Mahone Families,
We will be having a pick up for 2nd Quarter class materials on Thursday, October 29th, from 4:30-6:30 pm and on Friday, October 30th, from 10 am to 2 pm. This pick up of materials is for any students who will NOT be attending in person the week of October 26th OR for 2nd Quarter. If your child(ren) will be in person for either the week of October 26th OR for 2nd Quarter, you can disregard this communication. Students who will be in person will be given their supplies next week or when they arrive to start 2nd Quarter in person. Students who are changing to in person for 2nd Quarter will be mailed their child’s schedule and bus pass the week of October 26th.
For pick up, you will park in the parent parking lot and line up outside the auditorium. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet from others in line. X’s are marked on the ground to help with this. When you get to the auditorium doors, you will tell a staff member your child’s name and grade and they will give you their materials.
Pick Up Times (ONLY for students who will not be in the building the week of October 26th-29th OR 2nd Quarter)

Friday, October 30th (no school) 10:00 am- 2:00 pm
*All students who are in school the week of October 26th OR who are in school for 2nd Quarter will be given their materials at school.

LUNCH AND BREAKFAST FOR VIRTUAL LEARNING STUDENTS
Breakfast and lunch: Lunch plus breakfast for the next morning can be picked-up by virtual families (not E-school) from their home school. Families will order their lunch/breakfast by calling the Unit Manager at Mahone at 262-359-8119. Orders must be received by 8:30am. Meals for virtual students can be picked-up from the Unit Manager for 30 minutes before and for 30 minutes after the schools scheduled lunch times from a location that works best for school and Unit Manager. Meal pick-up will be at Cafeteria DOOR #6, which is past the girls and boys outside locker room doors located in our lower parking area.
Meal Pick-up Times:
Monday – Thursday:
10:55 am – 11:25am or 1:30pm – 2:00pm
10:30am – 11:00am or 1:10pm – 1:40pm
Required Accountability: At all schools DPI is requiring parent/guardian/students to provide the student ID number to be run through the POS at pick-up time. At this time, DPI is only allowing meal pick-up by a parent or guardian. Day care centers, social workers, teachers are not allowed to pick up meals on behalf of students. We will update everyone if this changes.
Required Accountability: At non-CEP school’s students will use their ID card or ID number at the POS (register). Input devices will be wiped with isopropyl alcohol frequently. CEP schools will hash mark complete meals taken.
