Use the form to upload BOTH a current photo of your LakeView graduate as well as a toddler photo. Both photos will be shown side by side during the graduation slide show. The current photo can be different than the yearbook photo or the same.
Please upload BOTH a current photo and a toddler photo. Portrait photos preferred as they will be shown side by side.
