Advice to current KUSD students: My biggest piece of advice is to not feel like you need to have your entire life figured out in high school. I certainly didn’t. It’s okay for your plans to change, and sometimes the opportunities you never expected can lead you somewhere you never imagined. Be willing to try new things, meet new people, ask questions, and keep learning. Most importantly, don’t compare your journey to anyone else. There’s no single correct path to a successful career, and sometimes the winding road ends up being the more rewarding one.
