Yearbook Club
Yearbook staff are journalists and artists working together to create a photojournalistic book that will be on shelves for many, many years to come. What you do in yearbook club directly affects every person at Mahone Middle School. It is an honor and a big responsibility to be part of the yearbook staff! Before you choose to make this exciting commitment, there are expectations that each of us must follow in order to make the best of this experience.
The club will be on Tuesday morning from 7:25 – 8:10 beginning on October 7th. No transportation is provided therefore students must have a ride to get to school early in the morning.
Students will have the opportunity to rent a camera to take pictures during the school day. They will receive a yearbook card they can hold in their lanyards and the staff will receive notification of all students involved in the club. Students, with the permission of their teacher, can take pictures during classroom activities or during lunch.
Your student must be committed to meeting all expectations and will have transportation to yearbook meetings and activities outside of school time with prior notification.
