Registration is a required step for all new and returning students. Completing registration early ensures students are properly enrolled, assigned to schools, and ready for a successful start to the school year.

📄 What You’ll Need to Register
Before you begin, please gather the following items. Having these ready will make registration quick and stress‑free.
- A valid email address
- Emergency contact information
- Your child’s birth certificate or passport
- Immunization records
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Proof of residency documents (see details below)
- Health information (allergies, medications, medical conditions)
- Payment method for school fees (after registration)
🏫 Submitting Documents
Bring your documents to any KUSD school office, regardless of which school your child will attend.
School staff will review your information and let you know if anything else is needed.
💳 Fees and Additional Information
School fees can be paid online through the Parent Portal after Aug. 10, 2026.
If your family qualifies, you may apply for Free or Reduced Lunch, which may reduce or waive some fees.
