My name is Mrs. Specht and this is my 13th year teaching at Grewenow.  I was born in Oshkosh, WI and raised in Kenosha.  Attending Kenosha public schools, Grewenow holds a special place in my heart because I attended school here for Kindergarten through second grade.

My passion for education runs deep.  I strongly believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach his/her potential in an engaging and safe learning environment.  I’m proud to work with the children, families and staff at Grewenow!

I’m married to my husband Ken, and together, we have four adult children and three grandchildren.  We love going on bike rides, watching the Green Bay Packers, eating ice cream, and spending time with family & friends!
