I love being a member of the Grewenow Elementary community! I was lucky enough to join the Grewenow staff during the 2014/15 school year. I began teaching for KUSD in 1995 and have held positions in various buildings, levels, and capacities with a break in service to raise my three daughters.

I am looking forward to spending my days with your child. All of us in Room 205 will become a family unit here at Grewenow. We will laugh, learn, and grow together. We are human, not perfect. We will use our mistakes as stepping stones to success. We will persevere. We will embrace our successes. I want your child to love coming into our classroom each day feeling important, strong, and valued.

A few personal tidbits about myself…David and I have grown three daughters ~ Hannah, Olivia, and Sophia. I enjoy reading, cross stitching, sewing/quilting, and spending time at our home on North Twin Lake in Phelps, Wisconsin. Please know, my experiences as a parent greatly affect my teaching. I always question, “Is this what I would want for my own child?” or “Is this information I would want as a parent?”
