Laura Lammert

Hello Everyone!
My name is Laura Lammert, and I am absolutely thrilled to be a special education teacher at Grewenow Elementary School this year. It’s an incredible honor to have the opportunity to guide and inspire you on this journey of learning and growth.
A little about myself: I have been passionate about education for as long as I can remember. I believe that knowledge is a powerful tool that empowers us to create positive changes in our lives and the world around us. My mission is to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where each of you can thrive, explore your potential, and develop a love for learning that will last a lifetime.
I hold a bachelors degree in elementary education and special education and am starting my 3rd year as a special education teacher. I am also currently pursuing my master’s degree in educational leadership in hopes that one day I will become a principal. But more importantly, I am committed to being an approachable and supportive teacher, always ready to lend a helping hand whenever you need it.
I also understand that we all learn in different ways and at our own pace. So, I promise to tailor my teaching approach to accommodate your individual needs and strengths. Don’t hesitate to share your thoughts, ideas, or concerns with me, as your voice matters in our classroom community.
Aside from academics, I’m passionate about athletics but specifically tennis, as I am the head coach of the Indian Trail Girls Tennis Team. I look forward to getting to know each of you and learning about your passions and interests too!
Let’s make this a fantastic and memorable year together. I am excited to see all the growth and accomplishments that await us. Remember, my door is always open, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Here’s to an incredible year of learning, laughter, and success!
