Today, we gathered to celebrate the renaming of our Head Start building in honor of two incredibly influential women who have made a lasting impact on children, families and our community: Ms. Irene Santos and Ms. Florence Parry Heide.
During a beautiful ceremony, we officially revealed the new signage recognizing these two remarkable women and the legacies they leave behind.
Their contributions have helped shape opportunities for generations of children and families, and now, their names will continue to be part of that work for generations to come.
We are grateful for the opportunity to honor Irene Santos and Florence Parry Heide and celebrate the incredible difference they have made in our community.
