Students put their math skills into action by collecting real-world data to model parabolic trajectories in Algebra 1 and using trigonometry and special right triangles in Geometry to calculate rocket heights.<\/p>\n<p>While not every launch went as planned, the experience provided valuable learning opportunities and plenty of successful launches.
