These flu clinics are provided by the Kenosha Visiting Nurses and are covered by our UnitedHealthcare insurance for $0 because they are preventative care. Dependents ages 5+ also are able to attend these dates/locations so long as they have UHC as their primary health care coverage (a.k.a. are on your KUSD UHC plan).
