You do not need to complete the application to get a free meal. This application also applies for reduced fees for athletics, fine arts, some scholarships and to qualify for Title One programs.<\/p>\n<p>Breakfast will be served starting at 7:30.\u00a0 If your students will have breakfast with us, please arrive a little early to give them enough time to enjoy themselves. Breakfast will stop being served at 8:00.<\/p>\n<p>Elementary students that bring a cold lunch and want a milk will need to pay for the milk. Milk is only free if a student takes the meal.<\/p>\n<p>Our Middle School students may get a free meal as well.\u00a0 Our MS a la carte service will continue for the 25-26 school year.\u00a0 The a la carte items are for purchase and students will need a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolbucks.com\/ver2\/getmain?requestAction=home\">My School Bucks<\/a> account.\u00a0 No cash sales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/schools.mealviewer.com\/school\/LakeviewK-8Academy\">Breakfast and lunch menus can be viewed here<\/a>. Please refer back to this link often as last minute changes do occur.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, parents can order birthday or celebration treats from our kitchen to be delivered to the student. Prescription medications require both parent\/guardian AND health care provider signature.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kusd.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/medication-authorization.pdf\">Medication Authorization Form \u2013 English (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kusd.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/medication-authorization-sp.pdf\">Medication Authorization Form \u2013 Spanish (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Medications that are ordered daily for the morning are to be given at home.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All medications must be stored in the health office with the exception of EPI-PENs, inhalers, and certain diabetic supplies. These medications may be carried IF the health care provider indicates this on the medication authorization form.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">When providing medications to the office, they must be in their original, unopened, containers and not be expired.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please be sure that your students are up-to-date on their immunizations.
