Dear Parents and Guardians of LakeView Class of 2027,

As senior year is underway, it is time for senior portraits to be taken and submitted. In order to include your student’s senior portrait in the 2026 – 2027 LakeView Yearbook, a digital copy (jpeg) must be turned in before the end of the school day Tuesday, April 6, 2027. Digital copies must be uploaded through this form.

Google Form

If your student has already had senior portraits taken, please send the link to the photographer. For any questions, please have the photographer/studio contact Mrs. Overocker directly at joverock@kusd.edu.

– Choose a background that is not distracting from the subject.

Don’t forget to purchase a 2027 yearbook at jostensyearbooks.com.

– Clothing worn in the portrait must follow the school dress code.

We recommend using VIP, or another professional photographer, but if you plan to take the portrait yourself, here are some tips to make sure you get a good picture:

– Use white or natural lighting.

– Keep the camera at eye level.

– Take the photo vertically (portrait, not landscape).

– Have the lighting facing the subject, not behind them.
