Jason Momoa, born Aug. 1, 1979, is an American filmmaker and actor. Momoa was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and his father is of Nataive Hawaiian descent. Jason Momoa made his debut in the drama series Baywatch: Hawaii and is now well known for his roles in Game of Thrones and Aquaman in the new DC Aquaman movies. He has also been nominated for numerous acting awards and won the CinemaCon Awards Best Male Rising Star.
