Pay the exam and late fee, and be sure to talk with the AP Coordinator. The AP Coordinator will register you into the course and section in College Board.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 1 &#8211; College Board MyAP<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/apcentral.collegeboard.org\/media\/pdf\/joining-your-ap-class-section-students.pdf\">How to Join Your AP Class Section &#8211; Instruction Sheet (PDF)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=jnbQXHNzUaM\">How to Join Your AP Class Section &#8211; Video<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Login to <a href=\"https:\/\/myap.collegeboard.org\/login\">MyAP<\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the same login information from last year\n<ul>\n<li>Students with an account but can\u2019t remember the username or password, enter your email and click the \u201cNeed help signing in\u201d link or call College Board at 866-630-9305 for assistance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>New user &#8211; click on the Sign Up link to set up a username and password\n<ul>\n<li>The username and password will be used every year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>MyAP\n<ul>\n<li>Click Join a Course or Exam button<\/li>\n<li>Enter <strong>Join Code<\/strong> provided by your AP teacher<\/li>\n<li>Verify course information to make sure the information that comes up is for the course you\u2019re taking, if it is, click yes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Register for Exam<\/strong> tab\n<ul>\n<li>AP Exam status will default to \u201cUndecided\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Undecided <strong>MUST<\/strong> be changed to <strong>\u201cconfirm registration\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201cNo, I wish to remove myself from taking this AP Exam\u201d<\/strong> prior to <strong>Oct. 30, 2026\u00a0at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>After Oct. 30, exam status is changed from \u201cUndecided\u201d to \u201cNo\u201d<\/li>\n<li>After Oct. 30, students must contact the School AP Coordinator to register for an AP exam. A $40 late fee will apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Students who choose \u201cconfirm registration\u201d will have an AP exam ordered upon completion and payment in Total Registration (see Step Two below)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Step 2 &#8211; Total Registration<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Only complete if you have registered for an AP exam in MyAP<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Exam registration and payment must be completed in TR by <strong>Oct. 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>ALL of the questions must be answered completely<\/li>\n<li>Complete Total Registration and fee payment using the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/user.totalregistration.net\/AP\/501006\">Indian Trail AP Exam Registration<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Any student who doesn\u2019t register in Total Registration <strong>AND<\/strong> submit payment by Oct. 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. will be automatically marked as \u201cNo, I wish to remove myself from taking this AP Exam\u201d in MyAP<\/li>\n<li>Students who choose to register for an exam after Oct. 30, 2026 will be charged a $40 late registration, in addition to the cost of the exam for a total exam fee of $139 per exam.<\/li>\n<li>AP Exams regular registration costs are waived for students who qualify for free\/reduced lunch. Students must apply and qualify for the current year for free\/reduced lunch.\u00a0 Apply at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.myschoolapps.com\/Application\">Free\/Reduced Lunch Application<\/a>. Language can be switched by clicking on \u201cLanguage\u201d link in the upper right hand corner.<\/li>\n<li>ALL payments (credit\/check) are made directly thru Total Registration and not the school. NO CASH payments accepted. Checks should be mailed to address below along with paystub. For more information regarding digital exams, click on the links below. Exams will be administered using the Bluebook testing App which can be found in Apps on student Chromebooks.
