I am so lucky to have the opportunity to teach here at Grewenow.\u00a0 Its such a community of great families and teachers who all have a vested interest in making sure all our students are getting a wonderful education.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I attended the University of Milwaukee where I received both a Bachelor and Master\u2019s degree in special education. This year will be my\u00a0 29th year teaching, 12th here at Grewenow. I feel all students should have the opportunity to succeed.\u00a0 My job is to make sure that happens.\u00a0 As a special education teacher, I advocate passionately for my students in order for them to thrive. There is nothing better than to see growth, both academically and socially, in my students.\u00a0 One reason I love working at Grewenow is the acceptance of all students.\u00a0 My heart soars to see how these little people embrace differences.<\/span><\/p>\n

Myself personally, have been married to my husband Jeff, for 26 years and together have 2 children.\u00a0 Ethan, 22, just graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a degree in Marketing and sales.\u00a0 We also have Vivien, 19, who attend the University of Oshkosh and is working toward a degree in Psychology. I also have a furbaby named Charlie who I adore. I love reading, photography and all things vintage.<\/span><\/p>\n
