Building Rental Permits
Effective July 15, 2020, Kenosha Unified School District’s outdoor spaces – including fields, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, playgrounds, blacktop/concrete spaces, parking lots, etc. – are once again available for community/public use through the online building rental permit process.
Please note, however, that while the public will be able to use the outdoor spaces for sports and other types of activities, the following enclosed spaces and amenities will not be available to use at this time: restrooms, locker rooms, concession stands, press boxes, ticket booths, drinking fountains, athletic equipment, etc.
Due to the potential risk to contract and spread COVID-19, public use of KUSD outdoor spaces will be considered “At Your Own Risk.” Those that choose to use KUSD outdoor spaces should be aware that KUSD will not be doing any additional disinfecting before or after a group’s use of a space. Additionally, KUSD will not be supplying any disinfecting/cleaning products, wipes, hand sanitizer, or PPE supplies to those using the outdoor spaces.
All KUSD school buildings remain closed so indoor spaces are not available for community/public use at this time. Please visit the KUSD website for the latest updates and information.
Welcome to the Building Rental Permit procedures homepage. All building and field rental permit requests are submitted and processed online. Internet access* and a valid e-mail address are required to submit rental requests.

It is the responsibility of the requester to read and be familiar with the Fees, General Conditions, and Additional Regulations pertaining to the type of rental(s) being requesting.

Please note that new accounts are activated and ready to log in within 24-48 hours of being created. If you are unable to login after 24-48 hours, please email Taryn Neff at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your account.
Step 4: Login to your account to begin submitting rental requests

To check on the status of your permit, please contact the school directly. Permit requests are on a first come, first serve basis to the public. Permits may be denied or cancelled in the event a KUSD school group/activity needs the room in which you booked. If you have any specific questions about the space needed (i.e. square footage, capacity, etc.), please contact the school you are interested in renting from.
