SUMMARY:Head Start Policy Council Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Head Start \nNeeds You!!! \nPlease consider joining the Head Start Policy Council which meets every third Monday of each month during the school year. \n\nAs a member of our Policy Council you will have a say in what we do and how we do it.  You will help lead and make decisions about the Head Start Program.\nYou will review policies and procedures\, monitor the Head Start Budget\, and have voting rights.\nYou will have a say about how money is spent\, what children do in their classrooms\, and how the program works with community partners.\n\n  \nAs a parent/caregiver with a child enrolled in Head Start you are automatically a member of our Head Start Parent Committee.  This is a committee for you to stay informed as to what is going on in Head Start\, the school district\, the Head Start Policy Council and your community.  If you are not able to commit to the monthly Policy Council meetings\, attending Parent Committee meetings is the way for you to make sure your voice is heard. \nTo obtain more information\, ask questions\, or express interest please contact  Rhonda Lopez at rlopez@kusd.edu or (262)359-6316. \nThank you\,  Rhonda Lopez\, Director of Head Start \nFAMILIAS DE HEAD START \n¡¡¡Nosotros necesitamos tu ayuda y tu voz!!! \nConsidere unirse al Consejo de Políticas de Head Start\, que se reúne cada tercer lunes de cada mes durante el año escolar. \n\nComo miembro de nuestro Consejo de Políticas\, tendrá voz y voto en lo que hacemos y cómo lo hacemos. Este es un comité para que usted se mantenga informado sobre lo que sucede en Head Start\, el distrito escolar\, el Consejo de Políticas de Head Start y su comunidad.
