The goal is to study to become a future educator and mentor to the youth of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Favorite KUSD teacher:<\/strong> Mahone choir director Beth Smith and Bradford social studies teacher Scott Coey<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extracurricular activities:<\/strong> Link Crew leader, lead role in My Manana Comes, and lead singer in the Chorale of Bradford High School.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Best KUSD memory:<\/strong> Publishing my first book this past October. My book explores the idea that, in life, we often question who we are. My writer&#8217;s journey and journey of excellent poetry wouldn&#8217;t have been possible without Bradford High School. My book, What Was Life? &#8211; A Dylen Dixon Poetry Collection, is not only my biggest achievement in life but also my biggest academic achievement related to KUSD and the people I love most. This book was never for me; it was for the students and staff of the district.
