2022 AP EXAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION

  • 2022 AP Exam Registration Fee:  $96.00 per exam
    • Prior to November 9, 2021
  • 2022 AP Exam Late Registration Fee:  additional $40.00 per exam
    • Additional fee starting on November 9, 2021
    • Exam registration fee ($96.00) + Late registration fee ($40.00) = $136.00 per exam registration fee

  • AP Exam Registration Refunds
    • Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) will not issue AP exam refunds to students who cancel their AP exam registration after 11:59 PM on November 8, 2021  

AP EXAM REGISTRATION DATES

  • AP exam registration begins:  Wednesday, September 1, 2021 @ 12:01 am
  • AP exam registration ends:  Monday, November 8, 2021 @ 11:59 pm

AP EXAM LATE REGISTRATION DATES

  • Late exam registration fee added to all exam orders starting on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 @ 12:01 am
  • Final AP exam order deadline:  Tuesday, March 1, 2022 @ 11:59 pm

2021/22 STUDENT AP EXAM REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS

Students wanting to register for an AP exam must complete both steps 1 and 2)

Step One – College Board MyAP – *ALL students must complete step one

  • Login to MyAP
    • Use the same login information from last year
      • Students with an account but can’t remember the username or password, need to call College Board at 866-315-6068 for assistance
    • New user – click on the Sign Up link to set up a username and password
      • The username and password will be used every year
  • MyAP  
    • Click Join a Course or Exam button
    • Enter Join Code specific to school/subject/teacher 
    • Verify course information to make sure the information that comes up is for the course you’re taking, if it is, click yes
    • Register for Exam tab
      • AP Exam status indicates “Undecided”
      • Undecided MUST be changed to “confirm registration” or “No, I wish to remove myself from taking this AP Exam” prior to  Nov. 8, 2021 
        • After Nov. 8 exam status is changed from “undecided” to “No”
        • Students must contact School AP Coordinator after Nov. 8th to late register for an AP exam
      • Students who choose “confirmed registration” will have an AP exam ordered upon completion and payment in Total Registration (step two) by Nov. 9, 2021.

Step Two – Total Registration (TR)

  • Only complete if you have registered for an AP exam in MyAP
  • Exam registration and payment must be completed in TR by Nov. 8, 2021 at 11:59 PM
    • ALL of the questions must be answered completely
    • Complete Total Registration and fee payment link below
    • Any student who doesn’t register in Total Registration and submit payment by Nov. 8, 2021 will be automatically marked as “No, I wish to remove myself from taking this AP Exam” in MyAP
    • Students who choose to register for an exam after November 8, 2021 will be charged the $40 late registration fee plus the cost of the exam for a total exam fee of $136.00 per exam
  • AP Exams can be waived for a student who has applied and qualifies for the current year for free/reduced lunch. Apply at: https://www.myschoolapps.com/Application (Language can be switched by clicking on “Language” link in the upper right hand corner). Please indicate if the student qualifies for free lunch in step 2 by the assigned deadline; confirmation of qualification will be communicated).
